Jean-Louis Guez de Balzac (31 May 1597L'Amateur d'autographes edited by Étienne Charavay; p.33 – 18 February 1654) was a French author, best known for his epistolary essays, which were widely circulated and read in his day.
The Dassault Balzac V was a French vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) testbed of the early 1960s. It was built by Dassault Aviation from a prototype Mirage III aircraft to test the configuration for the Mirage IIIV.
Monument to Balzac is a sculpture by Auguste Rodin in memory of the French novelist Honoré de Balzac. According to Rodin, the sculpture aims to portray the writer's persona rather than a physical likeness.
Jean-Louis Guez de Balzac (31 May 1597 – 18 February 1654) was a French author, best known for his epistolary essays, which were widely circulated and read in his day. He was one of the founding members of Académie française.
